2026 HGSA Meeting: Pennsylvania

Save the Dates: July 15-17 in Blue Bell, PA

We are handling registration a little differently this year due to increased processing fees.

To register, please complete your registration through our website as usual. This allows us to track attendance and collect names for badges, attendee lists, and event planning purposes. Be sure to select the correct number of attendees at checkout.

After you complete your registration, we will send a separate invoice for the registration fees via QuickBooks.

BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM AT NORMANDY FARM

Book your hotel room online and use code HGSAMT at checkout for our reduced rate and room block. Directions to book:

1. Go to NormandyFarm.com

2. Under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu  

3. Click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”, enter code  HGSAMT 

4. click “Add” to move forward, sroll to bottom of screen  

5. Click Select & Go To Next Step”  

6. Guests will then tap the Check In date and tap the Check Out Date  

7. Click “Confirm Dates of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct  

8. Choose one of the available room types; will display info of your selection  

9. Click "Add Room & Check Out", then proceed to enter profile/card details  

10. Enter all *necessary* fields and click "Complete Reservation"  

2026 TRIAL INFORMATION

We are very excited to be partnering with Delaware Valley University (DelVal) to grow our trials this year. DelVal works closely with Burpee on its trial programs and comes highly recommended. As this partnership was established recently, we have a shorter turnaround time for 2026 trials.

Each company may submit up to six varieties that will reach maturity in Zone 6b by mid-July.
